Payment Security
Once you have decided upon the yacht of your choice, obviously you would want to book the dates that you require. All yachts on our listings require a reservation deposit. Upon our listed yacht charter fleet, the payments are clear and strait forward. To add to your peace of mind we use a Yacht Clearing House here in the BVI, who handle all deposits and final payments for the booking concerned. They provide a very useful service, they keep all the yachts Diary’s, and pay the charter yacht directly. They also pay our fee seven days after the charter. They also have the availability of an alternative yacht of the same class and accommodation to exchange in the event of a mechanical breakdown or any other problem with undertaking the booked charter. Also Liability Insurance is covered in the event of any loss or cancellation. However it would be prudent to also have your own vacation loss Insurance, in the event of the unthinkable.
Once you have chosen your yacht and week or weeks concerned, we would ask you to pay directly via Visa or credit card directly to the clearing house bank account, who would confirm directly to you the reserved booking. However you need to contact us and confirm the dates required, we then contact the clearing house to reserve and hold that booking for three days, until your payment for the deposit is cleared.
